Fylde Coast talent Joni Fuller is a delight to work with. She is an extremely talented individual, with a wise head on young shoulders and who has a presence about her few can match at the unsigned level. Her current one woman live show is wooing audiences around the country (UK) at the moment and it is very easy to understand why there is a feeling that she should move on to bigger and better things very soon.
As sponsors Aurovine were delighted when she signed up for the Indie Week competition in Manchester and followed her progress through to the final. It was a tough ask to go on and win it with so much talent on show from all over Europe and as the only solo artist on show – its never been done before and so Joni’s joint third placing was a victory in itself.
On signing up for the Aurovine competition during the finals week it was clear by the end of the first week that Joni was dominating the charts. For each artist in the competition was awarded points for their time in the chart and the top 3 artists with the most points would go through to the final where an independent judge would pick the winner based on their readiness for the next level.
Joni was the clear winner and her prize of a single release with professional PR up to the value of 5K was hers plus an invite to travel across to Toronto, Ontario.CA in the Autumn of 2015 to appear and showcase during the Indie Week Canada Festival.
Joni has 5 dates during her time in Toronto and all the information on this and more can be found on her Tour Site www.jonitourstoronto.com.
Joni hopes to meet a wide range of industry executives whilst out there as this is a great way for artists to network and develop their careers and we would recommend it any artists or bands that are serious about their music and have the courage to really go for it.
We would also welcome anyone in or around the Toronto area to any of Joni’s shows and look forward to meeting you all.
