Multi-instrumentalist Joni Fuller takes her astonishing stage show to Indie Week Canada in October with the help of the digital currency for the music industry – AudioCoin.
Users of the Aurovine independent music platform have been using AudioCoins for the last 2 months, and they have voted to send Joni to Canada in an overwhelming show of support. The prize (organised in conjunction with IndieWeek) consists of a full physical and digital release, promotional package and a 4 gig showcasing tour of Canada including press and pr.
The gigs will see Joni playing the VIP launch party, UK Showcase and 2 other gigs with appearances at the prestigious Hideout and Rivoli venues. Joni’s stage show is something to behold as she uses a multitude of instruments and technology to build a multi-layered wall of sonic precision. Having supported Phil Collins in front of over 20,000 fans, Joni is used to the big event but it is only recently that she has forged her own unique sound that has been wowing audiences throughout 2015.
Aurovine will also be present at IndieWeek Canada taking part in Industry panels and presenting the unique AudioCoin concept to artists and industry. AudioCoin has recently caught the attention of tech savvy artist Imogen Heap due to it’s fiscal transparency, innovation and use of an open ledger (courtesy of the blockchain).
Joni will be releasing her first major single courtesy of AudioCoin and blockchain technology in a pioneering public demonstration of how the new technology can streamline the music industry and forge an open, ethical and transparent solution for it’s myriad problems.
AudioCoin will also be used to help finance Joni’s visit to Canada by contributing to the costs and overheads involved with a considerable logistical undertaking.
